？ Responsible for the process planning, process validation and process capability FDP calculation, analysis of new product development and improvement of old products

？ Responsible for the preparation and updating of all stages of the process flow chart, PFMEA and self-control plan for Phase 2 of the new project

？ Responsible for the preparation and updating of production process improvement, and improved process flow chart , PFMEA, and control programs

？ Responsible for determining steps of the production line, configuration of production staff; calculate and analyze the process capability and production capacity regularly to ensure the stability of the process and continuous productivity improvement.
？ 负责生产线的节拍测定，生产线人员的配置，定期对过程能力和生产线产能进行计算分析，保证过程能力的稳定，不断提高劳动生产率。
？ Organize and participate in discussing equipment change and accomplishing technology agreements of equipment investment.
？ 参与设备改换和设备投资技术协议讨论和制订。
？ Handle various problems arising in production in time to ensure the normal operation of production line

？ During process improment or new investment projects design, give full consideration to energy conservation, energy, emissions, safety, and compliance with legal requirements and be responsible for organizing the process, equipment, tooling and other departments to do safety, environmental analysis
？ 在工艺过程设计和改进时，充分考虑节能、降耗、减排，符合职业卫生相关的法规要求，安全性符合国家法规和总部的安全要求。
？ Implement the ESH guidelines, targets, and management programs; Participate in identifying and evaluating enviromental and hazard factors; control important environmental factors which departments are responsible for / unbearable risk effectively; be in charge of the achievement of ESH objectives, targets and management programs.
？ 贯彻ESH方针、目标、指标管理方案，参与部门环境因素、危险源识别、评价，并针对负责的重要环境因素/不可承受风险进行有效控制，负责分管的ESH目标、指标和管理方案的实现。

辆的离合器总成系统，合资公司拥有一流的离合器设计、制造技术，生产φ160－φ430 系列膜片弹簧离
合器产品，可适用于国内各种轿车、微型、轻/中/重型车的配套需要。公司由法雷奥集团管理，员工总
数达570人。2014年销售额达到4.88亿人民币。
 
法雷奥汽车自动传动系统(南京)有限公司（英文简称VATS）成立于2006年1月，由法雷奥集团独资，专注
于汽车自动传动部件和系统的开发及生产，其主要产品是自动传动扭矩转换器，目前约有610名员工。
2014年销售额达到5.58亿元人民币。

法雷奥摩擦材料（南京）有限公司成立于2014年6月, 是由法雷奥集团、韩国平和公司共同建立的合资公
司。公司由法雷奥集团管理，分两期建设，一期工程将于2015年2季度投产，年产3,000,000片摩擦片，
二期工程计划于2016年二季度投产，年产2千2百万片摩擦片。
 
法雷奥汽车自动传动系统(南京)有限公司、南京法雷奥离合器有限公司、法雷奥摩擦材料（南京）有限
公司共用一个厂区,地址位于南京市江宁经济开发区, 厂区占地总面积达 97300平方米。
