Main Responsibility:

1. Monitoring and reporting the performance of Customer Service
2. Analyzing performance of all regional organizations and identifying improvement areas
and leading implementations
3. Providing coordination between customer/business/functional requirements and IT
4. Development of tools and methods

Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Over 3 years working experience in call center or in service organization would be

preferred

3. Business Analysis or Six Sigma experiences
4. Good MS office skill, familiar with SAP
5. Good English skill
