Responsibilities:

1. Provide in-person trainings to employees and third parties on company Compliance guidelines and applicable law concerning anti-corruption, anti-trust, unfair competition, anti-money laundering, and other topics.

2. Assist in producing and managing training program for RCN.

3. Review, analyze, and approve Compliance requests and inquiries.

4. Assist in drafting and updating company Compliance guidelines.

5. Frequent travel domestically in China, sometimes on short notice.

6. Assist in company internal investigations and projects.

7. Managing and/or conducting legal research on Compliance related subjects and topics.

8. Reports to the RCN Regional Compliance Officer (CCL-INC).

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of PRC law (especially with regard to anti-corruption, anti-trust, unfair competition), PRC bar preferred but not required.

2. Strong communication and writing skills in Chinese and English.

3. Criminal defense, prosecutorial experience, government experience preferred.

4. Strong understanding of PRC consumer retail, B2C, and other business concepts a plus.

5. Works well under stress. Good at prioritizing tasks and dealing with the unexpected.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.). Good with internet searches and Windows PCs.

7. Experience working in a MNC environment.

8. Strong Ethics and Integrity.
