Responsibilities:

1. Management (development and improvement) of customer service product portfolio for Chinese market

2. Development of a strategic product in alignment with customer service headquarter and other business areas (phase in/phase out of product, strategic positioning, definition of pricing, etc.)

3. Market evaluation and development of new and innovative product ideas and alignment of implementation roadmaps with customer service headquarter

4. Continuous analysis of competitor market activities and competitor products

5. Development of marketing concepts for customer service products for Chinese market in alignment with marketing communication

6. Update of product master data in relevant systems.

7. Working closely together with other regions and headquarter according global and local product portfolio management

8. Participation on international projects

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above in Economics, Business or Industrial Engineering

2. Over 3 years professional experience in marketing, business development or product management / market analysis

3. Project leading experience, experience with creation, testing and launch of new products/services, the calculation of the feasibility of new products

4. Good command of English, both written and oral.
