Responsibility

1. Management of challenging strategic projects in the field of finance or operations, reporting to the Management Office of BSH China. e.g. Shared Business Services, Redesign of Organizational and Legal Structures, Factory Benchmarking

2. Self-dependent analyses, creative development of solutions, convincing communication with national and international stakeholders with excellent opportunities to make decisive contributions leading our company to operational excellence and efficiency

3. Development of additional skills and new approaches, coaching of peers (e.g. on project and change management) and transfer of knowledge cross organizational units (e.g. process management trainings)

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoyed in Business, Economics or Engineering

2. 6 years working experience in industry (e.g. operation management, strategy, investment) or international management consulting

3. 3 years experience in managing projects from analyses to design and implementation including project management, change management, preparation and performing of presentations for decision making to the Management Office and other stakeholders

4. Knowledge on benchmarking, market analyzes, strategy development, process optimization and change management

5. International, multi-cultural experience

6. Excellent in English and Mandarin
