Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Excellence Manager will develop and deliver methodology and approach to expand capabilities in BSH China’s marketing community to achieve their overall strategic objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for driving transformational change by providing consulting, education, and thought leadership on customer centric innovation, strategic product portfolio management, and marketing process optimization. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1,Customer Centric Innovation: Propagate consistent consumer orientation and customer centric innovation methodologies, coordinate alignment of hunting fields, innovation pipelines, and product portfolio across product categories, and engage upper management to ensure that innovation remain a core value of BSH China.
2,Process and Organization: Adaptation of industry best practices, BSH global marketing processes,`Marketing Excellence‘, marketing organization, or similar strategic initiatives for implementation in China.
3,Develop Competencies: Further development of innovation and marketing methods, tools and competency models, and definition of implementation plan together with relevant departments.

1,Mindset: The candidate is an innovator, willing to constantly challenge the status quo.
2,Content Knowledge: The candidate brings solid experience in product marketing and/or brand management to this position, and is knowledgeable in marketing process design.
3,Skills: The candidate has developed strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities, project management and organizational skills, and excellent presentation and communication skills.
Basic Qualifications
1,Bachelor’s degree, MBA with focus on marketing or strategy strongly desired.
2, Minimum 8 years of combined working experience in product marketing and brand marketing.
