职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Define regional service center annual work plan
2. Achieve regional service center performance target, realize the service revenue goal
3. Optimize the service process, improve the work efficiency, quality and reduce the service cost
4. Coach service center managers to improve management performance
5. Visit service center, enhance on-site management
6. Improve the service network and response speed
7. Handle critical issues
8. Participate in service related projects
9. Other jobs arranged by direct supervisor
Report to Director of Service Department, Customer Service Company
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above
2. Over 5 years experience in service management, multinational company experience, 2 years project experience
3. Good team management skills,
4. Good English, both oral and written English, good computer skills.
