Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supporting leader team in handing all sorts of legal issues (projects, corporate, daily commercial, dispute resolution, etc) of China entities.

2. Coordinating with other parties including counterparties, government authorities, management and other departments of the company, external resources in performing work.

3. Reviewing, drafting and amending contracts, proposals, promotion materials, and other legal documents, to ensure the legality.

4. Assisting in litigations and dispute settlements, working with outside counsel. Gather and review facts and information.

5. Providing legal advice to the management and the employees in legal matters in China.

6. Closely cooperate and support the local compliance department on legal matters.

7. Provide legal, commercial and risk training to China business teams.

Requirements:

1. Excellent academic credentials, the overseas study is not a must but a plus.

2. 5 years’ post qualification experience gained from reputable law firm or multinational company, practical experience in contract, commercial, employment, antitrust law is a plus.

3. Ability to contribute positively as a member of a team in an intense and fast-paced environment.

4. Ability to provide feedback and advice in a clear and comprehensible manner.

5. Results-driven and a problem-solver who take ownership while remaining inclusive.

6. Good command of English and Mandarin.
