Responsibilities:

1. First level support for all questions and problems in the area of spare parts management systems

2. Analyze, define and implement business requirements together with IT and functional departments of BSHS

3. Support and work in spare parts logistics related projects

4. Support inbound/outbound process landscape for spare part logistics related issues

5. Documentation of spare part logistics related processes

6. Key user training for spare part logistics

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above

2. Over 1 year working experience, preferred experience in customer service processes or IT.

3. Good at MS office system, familiar with ERP

4. Good English capability, able to communicate in English.
