A leading MNC that is growing quickly in China is seeking a HR Project Manager to responsible for Site IP roadmap achievement and make action plan to meet target in Nanjing plant.

Key Responsiblities:

• review internal HR process and give advice to improve efficiency
• as business partner to close work with line manager, coach and give consultant to line manager
• lead HR projects to develop people & retain talent to meet business talent demand
• lead HR projects to build company’s culture

Key Requirements:

• eight years HR experience in the generalist role
• familiar with HR system
• logic thinking and result orientation
• good at communication skill and implement
• would like to take challenge under pressure
• good at English in written and oral
