Description:
This is a technical role supporting the ITTE -ICT Engineers with various tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Installation-Support for RAN equipment
• Installation-Support for IP Backbone equipment
• Support during Problem analysis and troubleshooting on the complete NW, including Tools, Radio -"nodes/networks" as well the IP Backbone.
• Support and maintain documentation of system-installations and procedures
• Support of UE equipment

Qualification:
• Ability to quickly explore and understand complex technical scenarios
• Experience in mobile telecommunication systems and good knowledge in Radio-Networks is an advantage
• Experience in IP products is a plus
• Strong inter-personal skills with customer
• Very good communication and team skills
• Flexibility and being able to handle several tasks in parallel
• Service oriented attitude
• Self motivated personality and ability to work under pressure
• Good command of the English language, written and spoken
