职位描述

Position(s) Purpose:

Agile development is our chosen way of working. The foundation is our cross functional and ability teams, consisting of seven or eight SW Developers, responsible for feature development including requirements, design and test who can work with in any of the products or programs we work within. Our vision is to build highly empowered and self-organized teams applying Scrum or Kanban methodology.

We are now recruiting a Section Manager to start work within ENC/RD/V. Within ENC/RD/V we are primarily responsible for the Continuous Integration Infrastructure we are develop software products and tools that can automatically compile, build and verify the radio base station SUT and enable the flow of the SUT from the design environment to delivery to the customer. We also have a number teams involved with PDU WMR Customer support and a number of cross functional teams developing the RNC and RBS products.

Job Responsibilities and competencies:

This position is set up to be responsible for efficiently running of the section by following ENC/RD/V guidance and strategies. The position has the following responsibilities:

· Responsible for the result and quality product of the team

· Overall responsibility for 2~3 CATs with Scrum Master(s)

· Legal personnel responsibility, and ensure CAT constellation

· Responsible for competence development for all team members

· Coach team members and ScM following Agile WoW

· Support ScM and CATs to resolve impediments

· Drive continues improvements and innovation

· Supervise and improve performance for both individual and CAT

· Responsible for recruitment to meet business needs.

· In charge of Comp & Ben, and HR administration for the unit

· Manage people performance, rewards and the unit’s salary structure

· Secure and plan resources for business.

· As part of leadership team, contribute for overall CII development

Requirement of the job

General knowledge

· Minimum a technical degree in Computer science/Electronic engineering/ Telecommunications or equivalent.

· 5+ years of experience of working in the Telecommunication industry.

· Good experience of people performance management.

· Excellent Coaching capabilities.

· Smooth communication by written and oral English.

· Good understanding of organizational structure, working methods and procedures – Department, PDU and Company level.

· Good understanding of the long and short-term objectives of our own unit and the division.

· Good knowledge of Ericsson products and product functional demands.

· Very good knowledge of Ericsson quality processes.

· Knowledge about (internal and external) customers and awareness of their situation and needs.

Social competence

· Open minded, positive with a flexible attitude and willing to work in teams of diverse professional and cultural background.

· Very good skills in oral and written communication.

· Well organized, methodical and careful.

· Strong customer orientation.

· Good leadership and technical managerial skills.

· Has a positive influence on other people regarding attitude and working climate.

· Well-established Ericsson contacts.

· Motivates and empowers individuals to take responsibility and develop their skills for the benefit of the business.

· Ability to plan work to meet assigned schedules and targets.
