Responsibilities:
1、fully responsible for whole company it environment and team by supporting the needs of computer users, ensure it healthy and smoothly with system security and access control
2、provides system administration & support for LAN/WAN, windows servers and workstations, e-mail system, terminal server, other core business systems
3、provides system administration on core company systems such as ERP/MRP system
4、monitors the company broadband performance and to ersure stable connectivity from other country
5、installs and updates anti-virus, firewall and other it security
6、provides installation of window O/S adn / or window office on server and on work stations
7、acts as first point of contact with all it maintenance and coordinate maintencance of it system
8、provides in house first line desktop support to PCS, laptops & printers / scanner
monitor, annalyze and report company's network, status, capacity and security
9、monitors contractor (it project, P.O.S. and other hardware & software systems) services including
10、plans, executes and finalizes it projects, monitors the project schedule
11、support it projects implementation / integration (ERP/MRP )
12、establish it managing system, develop and improve it policies, procedures and services
13、monitors backup procedures of important data to avoid any data loss
14、responsible for hardware / software purchase & renewal and signing of maintenance contract
15、makes annual it budget, goals and plans according to strategy




Qualification：
1、Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering.
2、5 years or more working experience in IT project management especially in ERP.
3、3 years or more working experience in the area of systems Integration.
4、Fluent speaking and written English and Chinese.
5、 Be analytical, good communicator and organizer.
6、 Good interpersonal skills.
7、 Self-starter, taking responsibility.
