Responsibilities

. Provide technical support for Ericsson IP/Broadband/Package Core/OSS and BSS products and solution, i.e. GPON, Router, SGSN, GGSN etc.

. Onsite support, troubleshooting, implementation and rollout;

. Work with Project Manager for project management support and coordination;

. Interact with the ARP/ASP team and responsible for project process control, quality control and implementation supervision.

. Knowledge share and transfer with colleagues

.This position is based in Jinan, and will require significant travel.

Qualification

. At least bachelor degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent

. In-depth knowledge of IP ,GPRS and UNIX or LINUX operating systems. CCNA, CCNP, CCIE , RHCSA,RHCE,RHCA Certification is a high advantage.

. Highly developed English language skills in both writing and conversation.

. Good capability to negotiate with customers in technical matters.

. Self-motivation, have strong sense of responsibility & team work spirit

. Good customer management skill and able to deal with difficult and complex situations

. A quick learner with excellent implementation skill, drawing upon one's creativeness and resourcefulness
