Job Description:

Base on the Assignment/purchase order, responsible to execute the performance improvement activities for Radio Network in GSM in accordance to the customer requirements and Ericsson NPI processes.

By performing testing, analyzing, configuration and verification for radio network, demonstrate/improve the network performance to meet customer needs.

Capable of compiling the NPI report according to the analyzing result

With the related requirements, capable of organizing, making and presenting the NPI plan

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or equivalent in electronic engineering, computer science, telecom/ data communication engineering or a relevant area.

Strong understanding and knowledge on Radio Network (work experience with network performance improve, design or technical support)

Fluent in Chinese and English (Written and Oral)

At least 1 year working experience in relevant area.

Self-motivated, team spirit, customer oriented and willing to travel

Good Communication skills and multi-cultural environment experience is preferred.
