岗位职责：
Purpose of the job:
?Management and continuous improvement of coating process, ensure machine running smoothly.
?Support good environmental practices on site.
Key Tasks:
?Optimize and develop coating process
?Optimize and improve products quality
?Supervision of trial process and follow up result
?Participate in cost reduction, efficiency improvement
?Assist maintenance in troubleshooting and repair of equipment
?Create process documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements
?Train operators about new processes and equipment.
?Backup daily all files and recorders on the file servers.
?Respect ISO procedures and company rules and regulations
任职资格：
?Education and work experience: A college or above of education, with at least 2 years of working experience.
?Basic English language skills.
