职位描述
Duties and 岗位职责：
1．负责产品的APQP和PPAP文件编制 Be responsible for filling concerning APQP and PPAP.
2．负责项目中质量文件的编制 Take charge of filling cerning quality documents in project.
3．负责TS16949的内审工作,督促和跟踪验证改进措施的落实。 Take charge of audit of TS16949,and implementing the necessary modifications.
4．负责客户所需的质量记录的提供。 Be responsible for providing quality records needed by clients.
5. 负责生产现场的质量监督工作 Be resposible for scene quality supervision .
6．负责检查各工序的工艺控制点，发现问题及时向有关操作人员下达纠正措施指令，并监督执行。 Take charge of checking each procedure' technics control point,give instruction of rectify measures to operating personnels and supervise implementation in time in case of any problems.
7. 认真指导质量检验员、自检人员按检验规范进行检验，及时解决执行中出现的技术性问题； Be responsible for supervising the quality checkers and self-checkers inspecting according to criterion ,solve the technical issues in implementation in time.
8. 参与不合格品分析，提出纠正措施，确保纠正措施得到落实 Take part in analysis of the rejects,give and ensure the implemention of rectify measures
9．负责处理客户的三包索赔事宜。 Be responsible for settlement of clients' claim.
10. 在员工的安全和产品的质量受到威胁的时候，有权停止生产。 Is authorized to stop production if the safety of the employee or the quality of the product are in danger.
11. 遵守国家法律，法规，政策和法令。遵守经营秘密、遵守公司的各项规章制度。按时完成公司下达的临时任务。 Accomplish the temporary tasks assigned by the company in time. Obey the natinal law, regulations,policy and decree.Obey the management confidentials and all regulation within the company.

具有2年以上企业质量管理经验， Over twe years experience in quality
