岗位职责：
1、负责办公楼公共设施设备的维修保养工作；
2、负责办公楼电气、电路、照明类、空调类的维修工作；
3、负责墙面维修、地面维修、油漆维修、瓷砖维修等。
岗位要求：
1、45岁以下；
2、有泥瓦工，木工或油漆工等物业综合维修工作经验；
3、有电工证。
上班时间：长白班。
薪资待遇：3000元~3500元/月，缴纳五险一金，提供工作餐。
工作地点：南京市雨花台区软件大道101号华为基地
