2、制定各部门的战略发展和业务计划；
3、协助制定公司运营指标、年度发展计划，推动并确保计划和生产指标的顺利完成；
4、修订及执行公司战略规划及日常营运做相关的制度体系和业务流程；
5、建立规范、高效的运营管理体系并优化完善；
6、制度公司营运标准并监督实施；
7、负责对下属部门（生产部、计划部、质量部和计划部）工作的检查、考核和奖惩等工作；
8、领导交代的其他工作。

其它要求：
1、在企业战略规划领域有深厚的理论功底和丰富的运作经验；
2、具有3-5年以上制造类企业管理工作经验；
3、优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力；
4、熟练操作使用办公软件。
