南京招聘

1、 负责开展日会，班交接会议来管理注塑车间运作。和相关部门协调处理注塑问题。
2、 负责生产效率的完成，质量目标的保证并保持持续改进。
3、 组织开展操作员的在岗培训，训练督导操作员完成TPM，5S生产报告
4、 协助经理建立车间纪律体制
5、 负责部门安全预防措施

其他要求：

1、男性，高中以上学历，年龄：25岁至38岁；

2、身体健康，色力正常（无色盲色弱）

3、两年以上雅宝（ARBURG） 或者克劳斯-玛菲（KRAUSS-MAFFEL）等欧洲品牌注塑机的实际操作经验及换模经验。

4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，服从性强。
