Summary:
Product engineer to manage Taicang produced screw chiller products and projects
Responsibility:
1. Manage Taicang produced screw chiller products on quality improvement, product update and performance improvement by coordinating with local and global team
2. Work with cross-functional/regional team on chiller transfer/development projects
3. Manage cost reduction project per engineering department operation plan
4. As a team member, complete assigned work in order to meet project schedules.
5. Conduct activities in compliance with Taicang Quality System
6. Support change control continuous improvement activities.
7. Provide Engineering support to other functions in the business.
8. Complete the related job assigned by Manager on time.
Critical Experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC or equivalent
2. 3 years+ experience in related jobs
3. Strong capability on chiller product key components and system design, heat transfer design and pressure vessel experience is a plus
4. Familiar with the code or standard related to HVAC
5. Project management experience is a plus
6. Water-cooled screw chiller experience is a plus
7. Good command of English in both spoken and written
8. Perfect skills in Ms Office (eg, word. Excel, power point, Project)
9. Good communication and interpersonal skill inside and outside
