Job Content:




The
Production Manager provides leadership, direction, and support for the production
workforce to ensure overall business objectives are obtained. These objectives include but are not limited
to safety, production, quality, cost, and delivery. Additionally, the Production Manager will act
as a change agent to help implement process improvements and management
initiatives at the floor level.




Principle duties & responsibilities include the following:




1.
Plan, organize and direct the
manufacturing operations which ensure the most effective return on assets.




2.
Initiates plans and processes
which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower,
equipment, facilities, materials, and capital.




3.
Assure attainment of business objectives
and productions schedules while insuring product standards that will exceed our
customers' expectations.




4.
Implement manufacturing
strategies and action plans to ensure that the facility supports Aneng's strategic
initiatives.




5.
Establish group and individual
accountabilities throughout all manufacturing areas for problem solving and
cost reduction.




6.
Encourage use of new techniques
and focus on fact based problem solving.




7.
Create schedule stability that allows
for maximum return on efficiencies.




8.
Manage spending against budget,
controlling spending in relation to changes in production volume.




9.
Continually improve safety
record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes.





10.
Maintain and improve
housekeeping in all areas.




11.
Oversee the implementation of
associates receiving the appropriate training including but not limited to
safety training, job certification/re-certification, ECR's, and quality/safety
alerts.




12.
Implement and drive process
improvements to increase productivity and OEE.




Job Qualifications:

Required:




1.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical,
Industrial or Chemical Engineering or related field.




2.
5+ years managing and directing
a production workforce in manufacturing environment




3.
Ability to speak English and Mandarin
Chinese.




Desired:




1.
10+ years as production
supervisory position in conveyor belt environment




2.
Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean,
APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOEx, 8D's.




3.
Strong PC skills - Excel
spreadsheets, Minitab,

1.
High energy level required.

Strong leadership skills,
independent thinking, strong organizational and planning abilities




3.
Excellent analytical and
problem solving skills are essential.




4.
Ability to communicate to all
levels of organization.




5.
Good interpersonal skills and
