Responsibility
? Work with managers/leads to make sure the project following development process and on track. Raise out the potential risks when there is and give construction solutions.
? Design the architect of large web based enterprise application.
? Implement customizations and enhancements to applications
? bug fixing and maintenance efforts
? Develop code at all levels of the application, from the data layer to the presentation layer
? Work with internal support staff to troubleshoot issues
? Work well under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and possess a high level of flexibility.
? Deliver high quality product in an agile environment and be open minded to work with all teams.


Requirements
? 5+ software development experience in US software company, especially on web based enterprise application development.
? Strong knowledge and experience on Microsoft .NET platform (3.5 or higher)
? Solid skill on JavaScript, JQuery and/or other UI framework, such as AngularJS, Bootstrap.
? Solid SQL skill, good at database programming including writing stored procedures, triggers, transactions in SQL Server
? Experience with MS IIS, deployment process flow, web farm and distributed enterprise application deployment.
? Good communication skills, proficient verbal and written English.
? Professional, knowledgeable, and credible to customers.
? Good problem-solving skills, creative thinker, self-activated
? Understanding concept of project development life cycle, Agile
? Complex business logic understanding
? Performance tuning with SQL Server database and experience with web security
? Good understand of object oriented programming and ability to write technical spec
