Responsibilities工作职责:
To assist Regional Sales Director for sales daily work
协助区域销售总监完成日常销售数据统计
To communicate with different departments, support sales Team To run regular reports of every Centers in West Region
和不同部门协作，支持销售团队，制作西区各学校销售数据报表
To check sales data, make sure daily sales report is accurate
检查销售数据，确保每日销售报表精确无误
To prepare and collect documents before and after weekly meeting
准备销售会议所需材料
other administration work

good communications and strong team work spirit
良好的沟通能力，团队合作力较强
good command of both Written and Reading English, can write Email and deal with data in Salesforce.
良好英文读写能力，可以书写英文邮件，在Salesforce系统里处理数据
good skills at Office Software, expecially excel
熟练操作Office办公软件，尤其是excel的使用
good data analysis ability
良好的数据分析能力
patient, detail oriented and organized
耐心，细心，做事有条不紊
