Responsibilities:

• establish and maintain the whole plant lean system;
• work with other departments to achieve goals in areas;
• plan internal lean activities, define time schedule and project track and improve lean performance;
• forming plans for improving the productivity; leverage best practices (lean/ kaizen) to drive success in join productivity event;
• communicate with relevant team to better manage the information flow;
• work together with strategic suppliers to better manage material flow, including supplier’s lead time, delivery frequency, etc;
• organize training and communication of lean to ensure all employees being clear with lean manufacture knowledge or skill, and form lean culture in the company;
• identify and nurture manufacturing talent to prepare the next generation of manufacturing leadership;
• coordinate activities to achieve short and long-term manufacturing goals;
• report periodically on achievement of goals based on productivity and lean assessment metrics.
  

Requirements:

• minimum of bachelor’s degree – industrial engineering or mechanical engineering preferred;
• certified lean six sigma black belt is preferred;
• fluent in English speaking, writing, and reading;
• able to operate AutoCAD software and well versa in office application softwares;
• physical demands;
• at least eight years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment and more than three years direct leading lean projects;
• excellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to influence the behavior of peers and other outside the direct reporting line;
• ability to initiate, lead and sustain change;
• strong data-driven decision-making skills;
• creative and innovative thinking;
