About the Organisation:

Key Responsibilities:
? you will lead the APAC technology application center team, towards accomplishment of the team mission, within the R&D’s HSE and best practice framework
? support the company’s business and roadmap ambition by providing the technical support in the automotive field of synthesis and process
? improvement of processes for our existing products
? resources allocation among to projects
? keep good relation with our client
? equipment and tools management in order to support the sites in APAC
? in charge of budget and forecast control of the technical center

Key Requirements:
? education level: master degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
? at least ten years of working experience
? strong knowledge in chemistry required
? demonstration of skills required for product extrapolation from lab to plant
? experience of team management in a multicultural environment
? commercial sense
