Key Responsibilities:
? preparation of all documentation work for electrical power bureau and approval.
? preparation of electrical load list for entire site .
? to develop conceptual design for electrical substation I.E design for electrical power system and distribution as per GB code standards. liaison with design institute & power bureau for detail design and approval.
? to develop entire site lightening and grounding system , liaison with design institute and lightening bureau and approval.
? to develop system architecture design for plant electrical control system (automation) for different manufacturing process which includes plc, scada and instrumentation.
? preparation of detail specification and brand list for all plant instrumentation and control system
? preparation of detail specification and brand list for all electrical power system like capacity & type of transformer, ht & lt switchgear, breakers, cables etc.,
? to develop conceptual lighting design for plant and street lights. verify and approve final design keeping in mind energy conservation.
? design and develop lock, tag & try system for all manufacturing equipment of the entire site
? supplier selection & quotation analysis for entire plant electrical equipment like electrical substation, electrical panels for MCC, power distribution, electrical control panels etc
? design and develop specifications for hazardous process / environment (dust explosion areas and gas / solvent inflammable areas) as per atex (European standard) and gb code standards
? technical support for all foundry china manufacturing sites (WN, Xian Fan & luhe) for electrical & automation
? site management (for electrical): guide project implementation, supervision and inspection of the project progress and quality of completion; coordinate with relevant departments to solve the construction site technical changes or technical issues (over see / support project management company and general contractors site activities for electrical)

Key Requirements:
? over five years of electrical background in fine chemical or material industry
? good at project, familiar with project process
? good Oral English
