技术总监 /地源热泵系统工程设计/中央空调工程设计

职位描述：
1、 全面负责公司所有技术工作；

2、 负责提供项目的可行性研讨和决策；

3、 负责地源热泵总体方案的设计和优化；

4、 负责技术部门的管理工作，招投标、技术支持、方案、预决算、深化设计等指导和管理工作；

5、 完成公司交办的其他仸务；


资质要求：
1、 暖通与业全日制本科以

2、 至少 10 年以上中央空调工程行业工作经验，其中 5 年以上地源热泵设计、技术工作经验；
3、 掌握地源热泵系统工程设计、施工的国家标准、技术规定及验收规范， 掌握地源热泵系统工程招投标及预算报价体系，对地源热泵的行业情况有深刻的了解， 有独立方案规划和解决问题的能力；
4、 良好的表达能力、沟通协调能力、策划管理能力，良好的敬业精神和职业操守；
5、 有勘察设计院、大型与业公司总工程师或技术负责人相关工作经历者佳；
6、 具备绿色建筑咨询相关技术工作背景者佳；
7、 一级建造师（机电）资格，中级工程师以上职称。
