Detailed Description
1.Responsible for coordinating and executing all purchasing orders and contracts for all Non-production materials and services requests.
2.Identifying proper and reliable sources to fulfill the internal customers needs described at Purchasing requisitions on time, on budget and at the expected quality level.
3.In charge of strategic supplier management to achieve our objectives for purchased materials.
4.Responsible for MRO contract negotiations.

Job Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.Above 5 Years of experience in related areas is preferred.

3.Global Commodity Specialist for Modeling(采购工程师) 上海、常州

Brief Description
The Sourcing Specialist will be required to manage a segment of the Molding Commodity for the Global Operations business unit, reporting to the Director of Global Sourcing, as an integral individual contributor. This role includes the ability to interface with many internal customers (marketing, engineering, new products) in an international culture and manage large projects across multiple supplier manufacturing locations to reduce cost. Contribution to, and execution of, the Director’s Global Sourcing strategy in a high pressure environment will be key to success in this position. With an emphasis on molding knowledge and technical aptitude, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently in alignment with company goals and represent the company in a professional manner.

Responsibilities
· The ability to administer current projects; keeping to schedule and cost reduction targets and communicating internally on an ongoing basis (utilizing project planning, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle ERP,etc.).
· Identify opportunities within assigned commodity segment, for further cost reduction projects;initiating said projects and working with internal resources to close projects for cost reduction is of primary concern to success in this role.
· Negotiate Pricing Agreements and Long Term Agreements with assigned suppliers, under guidance of Director, that realize planned cost reduction targets.
· Support new product introduction and supplier consolidation planning by aligning activities with stated Strategic Supplier selection criteria.
· Interface with various engineering entities as the supplier facing technical resource in the assigned commodity segment
· Provide resolution to plant level commercial issues as they relate to suppliers.

Job Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years experience in a combination of the following
· Procurement or Supply Chain
· Equivalent Engineering or Supplier Development experience in an automotive industry Preferrebly Tier One to OEM
· Various commodity management experience
· Strong technical acumen ability to learn and understand basic technical aspects of the commodity
· Project management ability as demonstrated with long term, cross functional and multi-location emphasis.
· Experience in negotiating price based on cost models and comparative cost breakdowns
· 20% Domestic Travel
· Oracle ERP Experience Desired (R11 and/or R12)

4. Supplier Development Engineer(供应商开发工程师) 常州

职位描述： Brief Description
Work with suppliers in pursuit of improving supplier performance across a variety parameters including but not limited to process capability, technology deployment, cost, responsiveness, and value chain. This position will utilize the necessary training, process, performance metrics, and communication plan to effectively address the supplier needs across the organization. Responsibilities include a development plan, implementing supplier development programs and pipeline cost reduction projects, developing KPI’s, and supporting new product development/new component sourcing with supplier selection and PPAPs by working closely with Engineering, Purchasing and Manufacturing . An individual with the appropriate technical, manufacturing and supplier experience would be best qualified for the position.

Detailed Description
· Develops and administers project identification, development and management
· Manages the strategic focus including managing project efforts, budgetary considerations, milestone deliverables, on-time delivery, and project management best practices
· Works with sourcing leaders to develop appropriate measurements and KPI's for incorporating anticipated deliverables
· Manages reporting, query, analysis, and forecasting of all data and metrics
· Ensures effective integration of ES and Sustainability within high level organizational strategic processes
· Enhances the cross functional partnership (via communication) with the GBU and Sourcing teams to support the achievement of KPI’s
· Recommends adjustments and controls to ensure that change is sustained, goals are attained, and consistent excellence in delivery
· Supports the development of communication materials which convey the performance of the Supplier Development organization to management, suppliers and associates
· Provides strategic project development/direction for Supplier Development activities in support of Operational objectives

Job Requirements
· Technical degree – process or manufacturing engineering
· MBA – not required but preferred
· 5 - 10 years experience in process/manufacturing improvement
· 3 - 5 years experience supplier improvement programs preferred
· Familiarity and practice with lean manufacturing and value stream mapping
· Familiarity and practice with six sigma concepts & DMAIC problem solving
· Established statistical modeling capabilities
· Excellent collaboration & project management skills

Detailed Description
· Participate in the Concept Phase in NPD inclusive of supply base assessment, cost estimates, risk assessment and resource requirements in conjunction with PMT, DE and Commodity Purchasing Team Leaders
· Manage the NCS purchasing activities in the NPD process inclusive of the Development, Pilot, Pre-Launch and Production Phases
· Manage PPAP process and coordinate resource needs with Supplier Development
· Support all aspects of NCS supply chain identification, selection, and development in conjunction with Commodity Purchasing Team Leaders
· Update and maintain Supplier Self-Assessment and Supplier Validation forms as applicable in conjunction with Commodity

Purchasing Team Leaders
· Provides linkage between NPD team and Commodity Purchasing Team Leaders
· Coordinate and track Supplier Development process improvement needs throughout the NPD projects
· Generate and provide NPD Exit Review updates for each NPD Phase
· Track and measure performance at each Phase of the NPD process inclusive of timing, cost targets, and supplier performance
· Follow all applicable Purchasing policies and procedures
