Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Position responsible for supporting the strategic growth segments of the Division through EEV controller design, prototype and validation test. Must effectively interface with Division staff. Works with daily supervision, but keeps team leaders and staff informed of project status.

Essential Functions:
1. EEV controller design, prototyping, engineering validation
2. Set up the EEV controller engineering specification
3. Build up EEV controller test capability
4. Support sourcing & quality team for the supplier qualification
5. Complete projects and assignments in a timely and professional manner.
6. Participate and manage cross-functional teams.
7. Interact with internal and external customers on a regular basis.
8. Resolve customer technical issues.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in electronics or automatic control
2. 2 years above experience on A/C controller hardware design
3. Familiar with the PCB layout design, SCM interface technology
4. Skilled on the circuit analysis by using related equipment
5. Good read, write, listening and oral English
6. Project management capability
7. Proven experience with taking projects from concept to production.
8. Proven Innovative thinking. Self-starter and motivated to succeed.
9. Player with the desire to satisfy the customer with strong interpersonal skills.
10.Ability to travel domestic and international
