Position Summary:
Support the Engineering manager to develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production capabilities, assembly methods and quality control standards for the production of Instrumentation.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Reports to Engineering Manager

Job Responsibility:
1.Design new products based on the AP markets demand.
2.Lead localization of new products from other ING divisions.
3.Redesign the present products based on the specific requirements from the AP customers.
4.Be responsible for communication with customer regarding technique support, new project development, and new product design.
5.Help on supplier selection, cost control and manufacturing.
6.Support sourcing team for raw materials and components localization.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, master degree is a plus
2.At least 2-3 years experience in a manufacturing/design or project engineering position
3.Good sense on project follows up. Understand the business requirement.
4.AUTOCAD and 3D Computer drawing capability.
5.Good command of English
6.Strive for excellence, good communication ability, and teamwork spirit.
7.Must be willing to travel extensively.
