Job Responsibility:

1.Using CAD/CAM/CAE software to support part, tool, and jigs/fixtures design, CNC program

2.Tracking mold test and troubleshooting.

2.Identify and develop outside sources for tooling

3.Manage outsourcing activities to meet production quality and delivery requirements

4.Support new product development, new part prototyping, and production starting up

5.Other engineering tasks as assigned





Qualifications:

1.4-year college degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent

2.2-years above experience as mold designer and CNC programmer

3.Be proficient in UG NX4 above version, CAD/CAM software

4.Be familiar with CAE software Moldflow, Anasys ？ is a plus

4.Plastic or rubber mold design experience is a plus

5.Strong skills in problem analyzing and solving

6.Capable of reading technical documents in English

7.Work flexible hours to meet production requirements
