职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1.????????Main Responsibilities:
a)????????Supervise a team to deliver quality HR services in C&B and personnel management.
2.????????Compensation:
a)????????Ensure the payroll and social benefits accuracy and on time delivery, including Expatriate’s payroll and taxation.
b)???????Set up a historical and tracking record for all payroll and social benefits.
3.????????HR Budgeting and Expense Control:
a)????????Establish the HR budgeting system and lead implement black book each year coordinating with Finance Department.
b)???????Set up and execute HR expense control procedure.
c)????????Assistant Finance department in salary monthly summary, yearly audit and employee taxation.
d)???????According to the Salary survey, set up and maintain a systemic Salary Structure and Grading Structure year-by-year.
4.????????HRIS System
a)????????Implement and Maintain HRIS System.
5.????????Improve benefit program
a)????????Supervisor the medical / accidence insurance routine operation
b)???????Assess the currently benefits program and improve the new benefits program for Key staff by business requirement.
c)????????Employee Relationship
d)???????Handle the employee relationship to cultivate a harmony employee relationship.
6.????????Others:
a)????????Provide HR consultation and service for STA.
b)???????Work with HRM to update HR C&B policy and staff handbook.
c)????????Provide C&B related advice to other HR colleagues.
d)???????Maintain the relationship and coordinate with local authorities
e)????????Leading the STA C&B team to support HRM’s
7.????????Regular Reporting:
a)????????Monthly report including work schedule and result-Personal Performance Plan Tracking Chart.
b)???????Monthly payroll summary and analysis reports
c)????????Quarterly HR budgeting report
d)???????Monthly HR expense analysis report
e)????????Collects, analyses the attendance and overtime and submits the report
f)????????Updates employees’ social welfare analysis report.
g)???????Updates the vacation records and submits the report.
Qualifications:
1.?????? Bachelor degree or above
2.?????? Above 5 years solid C&B management experience in MNC.
3.?????? Familiar with Labor law and related regulation.
4.?????? Good command of English understanding both in writing and speaking
5.?????? Hard working, teamwork, strong communication and interpersonal skills
6.?????? ?Good computer skills and HRIS knowledge.
