Job Responsibilities:

- Define processes, production technologies and methods, structures of work areas, standard work contents considering ergonomic, MTM, quality and material flow
- Measure, analyze and optimize work processes, define new processes with flexible contents according to customer demand
- Calculate planning principles, coordinate and define objectives and system criteria
- Support other project teams and coordinate actions to realize flow production and integrated planning
- Strong communication to project core team and other related functions

Qualification Requirements:

- German fresh graduates in bachelor degree or above in engineering, or experienced professionals with working experience in industrial engineering, good command of knowledge of Refa, MTM/UAS, rules of work place design, ergonomics
- Strong skills in thinking outside the box, understanding of complex processes, pressure resistant, to see improvement potential and courage to realize new methods
- Good communication, organization and social skills, fluent English and German is necessary
- Good skill to sketch ideas and realize these in technical drawings
