Working Task(details)工作描述:
Implement the company's quality policy and objectives, organize the implementation of production budgetary requirement and
ensure on-time delivery.
认真贯彻执行公司的质量方针、质量目标，组织实施生产计划，确保按时交货率及预算要求。
Organize the production in accordance with the process, drawings, standard to ensure meet the requirement.
按照程序，图纸及相关标准组织生产，以确保产品符合要求。
Ensure the production area safety and clean as requirements.
确保生产区域的安全和整洁符合 6S 的标准。
Maintain production equipment to ensure the equipment satisfy the production capacity.
维护生产设备，以确保设备满足生产的能力。
Inspect production process, material consumption quota management and operating procedure standard.
检验并检查生产工艺，材料消耗定额管理和作业程序标准
reduce production cost, improve productivity, enhance products competitiveness.
降低生产成本，提高生产效率，增强企业的市场竞争力
Leading and assess lean project, assist other departments to eliminate waste, improve efficiency and reduce cost.
领导和评估生产项目，协助其它部门共同减少浪费，提高生产效率，降低生产成本
Work to train the production people, establish employee participation, continues improvement lean culture, encourage employee
contribution their knowledge to the development of our company.
对生产员工进行培训，建立员工参与和持续改善的文化，鼓励员工为公司的发展贡献自己的力量。
Responsible for execution of base work, such as draft and maintenance standard work hours, SOP, etc.
负责基础工作的执行，如：标准工时的制定和维护，工厂的 Layout 等
Apply new methods to reduce manufacturing costs and increase productivity.
不断在实践中应用新方法，降低制造成本，提高生产效率。
To perform other duties as required by GM.
其他由上级交代的工作。

Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or similar;
本科及以上学历，工程机械或者相关专业毕业
More than 10 years working experiences plus minimum 4 years of supervisor above managerial experience.
超过10年的相关工作经验，至少四年的管理岗位；
Familiar with heavy machinery industry, and have the background of the same field is preferred
熟悉重型机械行业，有良好的同行业背景者优先；
Extensive manufacturing knowledge including but not limited to work-in-process principles, labour efficiencies, yield tracking,
production scheduling/planning.
广泛的制造业经验，包括但不仅限于工作流程，工作效率，生产跟踪和生产计划等；
Be familiar with SAP, ERP process for Sales Administration, Materials Mgt and Services.
熟悉 SAP, ERP 系统的客户管理及材料和服务管理。
Fluently English both in oral and written, German is an advantage
流利的英语口语和书面能力，德语是一种优势
Quick and precise response for complex and urgent situations
复杂和紧急情况下的快速和精确的响应能力
Excellent communication and cooperation skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
