Position: Manufacture Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequences and processes. Works on projects to improve manufacturing processes and methods for cost-reduction, quality improvement and efficiency.
May take the ownership and technology leadership for one or more core competencies.
May hire, mentor and develop engineers and technicians.
Continuously fully comply will all GMP standard requirements.
Responsible to stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition.
Involve in product transfer project to production. Participate in project teams as key process representative.
Analyses issues and identify, test and implement the most effective solutions in a timely manner.

Requirement:
At least 5+ years related experience. Strong technical background.
Experience in CNC or assembling or other manufacturing processes.
Experience in developing and working with small group problem solving teams.
Must be able to analyse and correct products and process issues using independent judgment.
Excellent analytical skills.
English reading and writing is a must, oral communication should be possible.
