职位描述
Basic Function:
· Support Global Indirect Purchase on projects of leverages total companies spend for Indirect Materials
· Assist in supply chain by obtaining improved pricing, flexibility and service.
· Assist in contracts’ composing and reviewing that protect John Crane legally but at the same time be workable agreements that help form a win-win partnership with suppliers.
· This person will be based in Tianjin, China and will report to low cost sourcing manager.
Primary Duties:
· Collect the data of indirect purchasing globally from both the system and existed documents, work with global category manager to make statistics, analysis and generate reports regularly.
· Assist Global Indirect Purchase to develop PPV and meeting cost savings budgets by analyzing data, sourcing and implementing strategic procurement.
· Make recommendations on cost savings opportunity, strategic sources and procurement for indirect purchase.
· Generate statistics reports for analyzing or performance monitoring purposes in term of cost savings or service and product quality.
· Negotiate with suppliers on cost reduction whilst maintaining or improving service and product quality.
· Consolidate suppliers and form partnership with key suppliers for cost savings and supply chain management purposes.
· Review existing contractual agreements with indirect suppliers and recommend for potential cost savings or service and product quality improvement.
· Communicate and work with relevant parties to investigate potential cost savings, service and product quality improvement, and continuous improvements on indirect purchase.
Minimum Requirements For Entry:
· Indirect purchase experience
· Process good communication (both written and verbal) and negotiating skills
· Sound analytical skills and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel and Power Point
· Strong problem solving capacity, with the ability to work with others to achieve optimum solutions

· 协助供应链使之获取持续降低的价格,适当的柔性和及时的服务。
· 协助起草和审查合同条款,保护约翰克兰的合法利益的同时,达成与供应商双赢的可执行的合同。
· 工作地点在天津,直接汇报给全球采购经理.
主要职责:
· 从系统和现有文档中搜集全球间接采购的相关数据,和全球间接采购经理一起对数据进行统计,分析并生成相关报告。
· 通过分析数据,寻找供应商,以及执行间接采购经理的采购战略来协助全球间接采购。
· 为间接采购的成本节省,采购战略提供建议和意见。
· 生成数据报告,对各公司成本节省,提升产品和服务质量的活动进行分析和监督的目的。
· 通过和供应商谈判,降低采购成本和提升产品质量和服务水平。
· 合并供应商,与关键供应商形成合作伙伴关系,从而达到成本节省和供应链管理的目标。
· 审查现有的间接物料采购合同及协议,向全球间接采购经理提供节约成本和提升产品质量和服务的建议。
· 与相关部门沟通与合作,共同查找间接物料采购潜在的节省成本,提升产品质量和服务水平的机会,并持续改进间接物料采购。
基本要求:
· 间接物料采购经验
· 良好沟通技能(包括书面和谈话)和谈判技巧
· 具备使用Microsoft Excel 和Power Point 进行数据分析并形成报告的良好技能和实际工作经验
· 优秀的解决问题的能力,并能够与团队合作达成最适宜的解决方案。
