About the Organisation:
A foreign company based in Nantong is looking for an engineering manager. You need to set up new plant as well as develop new team. Direct reports to plant manager.

Key Responsibilities:
? to manage the preparation of detailed equipment lists for major plant items and ensure that it is done for all other items, e.g. piping and instrumentation components
? to manage, review and approve all material and equipment submittals
? to collaborate with the construction representative, to ensure that a detailed construction program is prepared, which meets the requirements of local regulatory authorities and technical specification and is consistent with the pre-commissioning/commissioning plan
? to liaise with the construction representative to monitor the construction activity against the program
? to be responsible for monitoring testing and commissioning work prior to handover for pre-commissioning and agree any punch list with the commissioning manager
? to manage project documentation, from initiation to handover, meeting all milestones within the project programmed to ensure that the project progresses in a timely manner
? to prepare and manage room take over list for handover
? to prepare plant maintenance plan as per company guides
? to be fully responsible for whole site maintenance work after project handover

Key Requirements:
? more than three years experience in fine chemical industry, food is preferred
? good at equipment and utility maintenance, familiar with new project
? strong leadership, experienced of team development
