Main responsibilities:
Focus on the Mid and Long-term horizon/ trends and create a compelling vision for the future, competitive portfolio
Creates Local PG's product strategy and convey that into a product roadmap with a clear vision and plan
Communicate Local PG product strategy to PG
Prepare requirement specifications to R&D that support business/ channel strategy and the needs of the market
Making sure that the right products and features get built in the right order and at the right time
Ensure existing product cost, functionality and SW competitiveness and leadership
Compose new business cases to PGs

Qualification:
Good understanding of drives market and trends today
Good understanding of different industries and drive applications
Good understanding of drives technology and SW capabilities
Solid analytical and thinking skills of market, business and technology to create future understanding of the China market/ industries and convert that to product requirements
Solid understanding of R&D processes and gate models
Good team working and clear communication skill in Chinese and English.
Travel and spend time with customers
Create skills to understand voice of customer
Motivated to create new sustainable and profitable business
