Key Responsibilities:

Manage application demand and pipeline, monitoring overall performance of services, with successful service delivery, maintain good customer relationship and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with management on client account management and growth, provide service reporting, issues/risks escalation.
Lead and coach the team in Scrum adoption, ensure Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered, continually improve the team productivity and application effectiveness.


Experience and Skills Summary:

Has 8+ years of overall IT experience, in parallel 2-3 years managing Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) – requirement, estimating, risk/issue management etc.
Proficient skill on using Microsoft technologies particularly like .NET, SQL Server
.NET Framework (2.0 and above)
ASP.net, C#
MS Enterprise Library
SQL Server (2008 and above) - TSQL Programming, Data Modeling, performance tuning etc…
Some background in infrastructure
Familiar with Agile development methodology, with scaled scrum experience
Soft skill
Enthusiastic – Must be high-energy
Good communication around issues and opportunities – get things done, make things happen
Communicative and social – Must be able to communicate well with teams
Conflict resolution - Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
Facilitative – Must be able to lead and demonstrate value-add principles to a team
Attitude of empowerment - Must be able to lead a team to self-organization
Attitude of transparency – Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust
