职位描述

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

? Deliver allocated performance targets for various SB products launched by the Bank.
? Maintain relationship with customers and deliver superior customer service to ensure customer needs are met.
? Provide financial planning advice to customer by delivering proper asset allocation, suitability assessment and other available tools to meet customer needs.
? Maximize customer profitability through disciplined relationship management and cross-selling.
? Participate in bank's marketing and promotional activities to acquire new to bank customers, as well as cross-selling to existing customers.
? Comply with Money Laundering Prevention procedures and be alert at all times to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activities.
? Familiar with all relevant regulations and internal risk & compliance policies and procedures
? Ensure compliance of Bank's standard Department Operating Instruction (DOI) laid down for the various products & process in all departments.
? Keep abreast of the latest events & new affecting the financial markets.
? Participate in training program, meetings, briefings organized by the bank and ensure skills and knowledge acquired is applied to daily work.

Qualification & Skills Expected

? A basic university graduate, preferably major in Business, Financial or Management
? Preferably having sales experience gained in banking or any other relevant financial services industry. Alternatively, some direct sales experience in other areas would also be considered.
? Awareness of general banking products & services and its related risk and return
? Basic investment counseling and analytical skills
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to deal with all levels of people
? Team player who shows initiative and assertiveness to take part in team building events
? Self-motivator who is constantly upgrading and improving personal knowledge and skills.
? Basic command and understanding of written English and Mandarin
