职位描述
工作职责：
1、协助电气工程师进行新产品的装配验证、调试及端口更改、参与电气参数的制定，及中试小批量问题的协助跟踪；
2、负责新产品的电性能调试，根据测试结果进行相关的改造和优化，配合开发完成新产品的开发文档设计；
3、负责新产品小批量试制阶段的产线调试，负责输出调试指导文件；
4、负责搭建小批量试制产线的测试环境，包括PIM测试、大功率测试、气密测试、ATE测试台、电性能调试环境；
5、负责新产品的环境试验和相关报告输出，包括高低温环境试验、温度冲击试验等；
职位要求：
1、大专学历，微波、通信、电子工程等相关专业；
2、2-3年以上滤波器行业的研发助理或者产线调试工作经验；
3、掌握射频产品的基础设计知识和良好的电性能调试能力；
4、熟练使用各种测试仪器，如安捷伦网络分析仪、频谱分析仪、信号发生器、功放等；
5、了解各种射频基础参数含义，能根据实际调试结果反馈给开发人员并给出相关的修改建议；
