职位描述
ER Management
1.Take the leading role of "Employee Relation Management", involve or interface company labor union or Employee Representative Congress organization management.
2.Lead company Employee satisfaction Survey ( eg. Conti Basic Live ) & related action plan or actions taken.
3.Handle employee complaints/dispute or arbitration cases and deliver win-win result;
Risk Management
1.Take the lead for all kinds of HR ER policies update, take efforts to optimize workflow, process....... reduce legal issue, in compliance with Conti policies, guideline, regulations..... to prevent risks;
2.Regularly tracking and analysis the status of employment KPI, provide advices for improvement ;
3.Professional handling special conditions management like: working injury, labor disputes, employee termination, as well as lay off ( in case).
Communication
1.Company culture promotion, as well as employer branding ;
2.Day to day communication with employees, saling company positive messages, solving the issues which employees concerned/
3.Enhance team communication: Site regular commnication meeting, Newsletter, Inform board, town hall meeting etc.
Activities
1. Contact labor union (company and municipality) related organization or team for any activities cooperation;
2. Participates or Organize activities,including committee meeting, donation, social events etc.
Administration Management
1 Lead administration function management: like Shuttle bus, Canteen, Events etc….. ehnace employee team building actions.
2 Day to day support or help or guide employee solve working related small issues.
Others
1 Support company other projects, like " Employee improvement idea management system"(CIM)
2 Get support also support for HR other funtional tasks, like recruiting, Employee training & Development, Remuneration & Service.
Minimum requirement
Bachelor's degree or above
8+ years of Working experience in multinational company, manufacturing industry is plus.
Labor Employment management for more than 3 years.
