Responsibilities:

？ Shares delegated responsibility with the internal partners that the infrastructure/application and its integration components are configured and built; ensures proper testing of individual components and technical architecture (environments);

？ Ensures adequate resourcing of projects;

？ Enables project directors and project owners to define and execute (high level) designs, building roll out processes. Assures in design the use of service architects for knowledge transfer and to guard consistency and manage dependencies with the ITSS architecture;

？ Together with the Service Creation & Deployment team to organize that the solution meets the predefined business, quality and performance requirements by planning, monitoring, and organizing the execution of the test activities in a structured, consistent and efficient manner;

？ Deploys the infrastructure/application in production by making sure that production and operating environments are prepared according requirements, performing the operational readiness test, launching communication and training efforts, and finally to roll out the solution into production;

？ Creates support documentation, knowledge articles and work instructions for Service Delivery;

？ Career responsibility: responsible for performance reviews, development plans and appraisals

Requirement:

？ 10+ years working experience in IT infrastructure solution delivery

？ Strong technical background in IT infrastructure project design

？ Proven experience in new team setting-up, team member recruitment and development

？ Strong people management & project management skills

？ Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, used to cooperate with global teams and handle conflicts with internal and external partners

？ Strong Communication skill; good ability of handling conflicts
