Job Description

1. Primary Functions
Job holder is primarily responsible for the supervision of the service and maintenance operations of the Dealership Centre and ensuring the profitability of the department by seeing revenue targets are achieved.


2. Reporting Relationship
Job holder reports directly to General Manager of Porsche Centre Nanjing.

3. Key Accountabilities
- Achieving the monthly sales and revenue targets of the After Sales department
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Ensuring that audit standards set by manufacturer and StarChase group are met
- Campaign execution (Warranty, recall, workshop, etc)
- Training requirements and staff qualification

4. Main Tasks
- Ensure efficient operation of workshop and parts departments of the dealership
- Maintain customer service quality and CSI at its highest level
- Ensure that technical standards and requirements of the manufacturer and legalities pertaining to technical issues are complied
- Sustain good employee relationships in his department
- Ensure that relevant training of the After Sales department personnel are carried out
- Lead the entire After Sales team
- Prepare information and data relating to After Sales as and when required by manufacturer, StarChase group and General Manager
- Ensure that customers’ and manufacturers’ expectations are matched at the highest level

5. Entry Requirements

Qualification/Education: University Degree (Bachelor or higher) in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering

Working Experience: 5 years automotive After Sales experience in a premium or sports car brand, thereof 2 years as After Sales Manager

Personal Skills:
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- Matured with friendly personality
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- PC literate, conversant with MS Applications
