职位描述/ GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

在当地政府以及国际标准所确立的环境，安全和健康规范内，确保生产中心的运行。按照适用于SPN的法规坚持遵守环境，安全和健康的审核。

To insure the work center’s operation within the environmental, safety and health specifications established by the local authorities as well as by international standards.
Maintain compliance with environmental, safety and health audits in accordance to applicable SPN regulations.

责任与义务/RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

协调各种资源，遵守SPN在每个工作领域所设立的环境，安全和健康标准。根据ISO-14001，制定，执行并更新所有有关EMS的一切行为规范。符合并遵守中国政府有关环境，安全和健康的一切规章制度。遵守环境政策，服从适用于该领域的质量体系和环境控制指令。在内部和外部审计（ISO 14001）期间，配合审核员的工作。遵守生产车间内的安全和健康政策，以及应用指示。

Coordinate resources in order to have environmental, safety and health measures established at SPN complied with in each of the work areas. Develop, implement and update all activities related to EMS in accordance to ISO-14001 Standard. Meet and comply with China government regulations of environmental, safety and health. Comply with the Environmental Policy, follows Quality Systems and Environmental Control instructions that apply to the area. Company with auditors during internal and external audits (ISO 14001). Comply with the Safety and Health in the Workplace Policy and with applicable instructions.

环境相关工作内容/ ENVIRONMENTAL RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- 在内部和外部审计期间，带领主要审核员收集所需证据。

Guide the lead auditor during internal and external audits to gather requested evidence.

- 在审计过程中上交所需文件。

Turn in documentation requested during an audit.

- 在审核员和审核对象之间担当联络员。

Act as liaison between the auditor and those audited.

- 进行定期检查以核实环境条件。

Performs periodic inspection to verify environmental conditions.

- 检查期间编制并发布关于视察方面的报告。

Prepares and distributes a report on observations during an inspection.

- 在得到许可的情况下处置有害废弃物。

Obtain permits for the disposal of hazardous waste.

- 按照条例负责正确处理有害和无害废弃物。

Responsible for the correct disposal of hazardous and non hazardous waste in accordance to regulations.

- 根据任何必要的修改和补充更新工厂布局（堆积的设计图以及操作和程序示意图）

Update the plant layout with any required changes and additions (stack blueprints and operation and process diagram).

- 对工作进行分类（废物和污染控制设备）。

Keep a ledger of activities. (waste and pollution control equipment)

- 贯彻并维护次品和无害废弃物的处理，配给和营销计划。

Implement and maintain a handling, rationing and marketing program of sub-products and non hazardous waste.

- 在有害和无害废弃物仓库中做好总务管理。

Maintain good housekeeping in the hazardous and non-hazardous waste warehouse.

- 派遣限制运送。

Send confinement shipping.

- 每周开展ISO14001认证会议。

Conduct the ISO14001 meeting every week.

- 制定月度表格。

Prepare monthly charts.

- 确定并遵守中国政府和客户的要求。

Determine and comply with China government and customer requirements.

- 对有害和无害废弃物的处理制定必要的分析单。

Prepare necessary manifests for final disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous waste.

- 按规定对有害废弃物进行适当的处理和处置。

Follow the program for the management and appropriate disposal of hazardous waste.

- 积极参与制定和执行环境管理体系的各项规定。

Participates actively in developing and implementing activities for the Environmental Management System.

- 针对EMS的相关要求进行协商。

Consult requirements related to EMS.

- 负责管理环境项目。

Responsible for managing the Environmental Program.

- 负责属于环境，安全和健康方面的政府视察拜访。

Responsible for governmental inspection visits pertaining to environmental, safety and health.

Perform inspections with the Safety and Health Commission, prepare and file the inspection certificate.

Train the Safety and Health Commission.

- 对员工进行安全培训（疏散，消防和应急模拟）。

Perform safety training to employees (evacuation, fire and emergency response simulation).

- 推动教育活动，促进安全和事故预防。

Promote educational activities to promote safety and accident prevention.

- 协调生产线上微环境的研究。

Coordinate microenvironment studies in the production lines

- 制定事故和建议的月度表格。

Prepare monthly charts on accidents and recommendations,.

- 确保过程中使用的所有产品的安全数据表格中英文对照。

Make sure there are safety data sheets in Chinese and English for all products used in the process.

- 负责更新EHS手册。

Responsible for updating the EHS Book.

- 履行所分派的其它职责。

Performs other duties as assigned.

- 积极参与持续改进和降低成本过程。

Participate actively in the Continuous Improvement and Cost Reduction Process.

- 积极参与内部和外部的ISO-14001审核。
