Job Description:

1. Procure non-production spare parts/services from right vendors per specification and under the support of ENG, MNT, ADM, IT etc., with following the corporate purchasing procedures, including supplier selection and contract negotiation, ERP system data input, delivery arrangement, payment arrangement, quality issue tracking etc.

2. Working as the coordinator of the purchasing operation and vender management for raw materials and package materials, with following the corporate purchasing procedures.

3. Working as the coordinator of the purchasing operation and vender management for project, with following the corporate purchasing procedures.

4. Be responsible for ISO related data preparation, analysis and summary, monitor supplier delivery performance and quality performance.

Education/Experience/Other Requirements:

1. Have 5 years or more in sourcing and purchasing with min. 3 years in sourcing roles;

2. Have solid knowledge and experience in Chemical industry;

3. Bachelor degree preferably with major in Chemistry or related field;

4. Fluent in oral English and written English;

5. Travel frequency: 30%;

6. Integrity and trustworthy;

7. Negotiation Skills.
