Mission of Function：Acquire and analyze market dynamics and competition environment, Manage product portfolio strategy
for EA China; Identify, initiate and manage new product creations; Communicate and promote product
strategy to achieve product sales targets successsully.

Dimensions of Function：Leading a small team of product lifecycle management. Report to EA PRO segment head in China.

Contacts (internal / external)：Sales , Technical Sales, Business administration, Engineering Dept., R&D Dept., Product Lifecycle Managers
and PLM leaders of EA in Germany. Chinese Customers, business aprtners, Consultants and Institutes.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks:

1.Acquire market dynamics and competition environment data, analyze target market for EA and derive product portfolio strategy.
2.Product idea collection and analysis, lead decision process.
3.Lead PLM to initiate new product creation project. Define product Requirements Specifications and set project targets. Supervise the creation process to ensure targets are met.
4.Market promotion: Define the market communication strategy, work with sale to implement the strategy to achieve sales targets.
5.Technical support to offer, order execution and customer services.
6.Other related tasks.

Knowledge (Technologies / Methodologies / Professional Knowledge) ：
1.Professional on power secondary equipments and its automation system.Well know power primary equipments and its applications.
2.Has an overview about Chinese power market. Has rich connection with SGCC, CSG and industrial customers. Deep understanding of relative standards for power automation products/systems, and has insight of future trends. know very well about competitiors product and solutions
3.Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English. Germen is a plus. Strong Presentation skill is preferrable.

Description of Experience ：
Professional:Working in power transmission and/or distribution business as a technical or technical sales or marketing role.
Project /Process:Working experience in product strategic projects; Product marketing, promotion etc.
Leadership: Leading a technical team.
Intercultural:Working experience in an international company is preferred.

Additional Requirements (Education, Training, Working conditions, etc.)：Bachlor degree or above, power protection/automation major, full time working in Nanjing.
