Mission of Function：Conduct business development for target market segment, EPC, O&G, PP, etc.Creat design to cost offer that fulfil the requirements of customers and support EA sales force to increase order income with a maximal gross margin.

Contacts (internal / external)：Customers in China; Engineering Manager and Proposal manager of SPA; Regional Sales Managers and Regional Sales Engineers of EA/Sales Force in China; BA offer center colleagues and other Engineering colleagues; Siemens EA colleagues in other regions; Germany EA collleagues

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks：

1、Must speak and write English fluently. (Second foreign language is an advatage)

2、Must have Energy Automation (System / Project business) background with at least 3 years working experience.(Experience in Proposal and Business development is an advantage).

3、Must bring experience in at least one Energy Automation business related market segment, e.g. Oil & Gas, EPC, Metall & Mining, Harbour, Powerplant, etc.

4、Support sales to communicate with customers about technical proposal and coordiante the technical related activity with the customers

5、Carry out detail planning for the bid project, for example, developing a technical bid strategy and determining the scope of supply

6、Prepare and complete bid documentation as precise as possible, make the detailed and complete technical solution and scope of supply

7、Take the overall responsibility of bid including technical and commercial bid

8、Work with cross function team to achieve the target set up by management team

9、Conduct business development for target market segment.

Knowledge：

major with related power automation and/or relay protection

bachelor's degree

basic commercial knowledge

be familiar with Microsoft software (EXCEL/WORD)

good English and good mandarin level

Description of Experience：

Professional：Work experience in Power Automation (Protection / Substation Control)

Project / Process：Project execution, site service work experience as Sales

Leadership：Must lead offering projects with other departments as a functional leader

Intercultural：Working experience in international company preferred
