We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant – Sourcing Function to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

? service and develop client relationships
? select and match candidates for assignments including managing the interview process, salary negotiations and candidate management
? meet and exceed all key performance indicators such as monthly revenue targets, client and candidate activity and advertisement sales
? business development to create new client relationships

Key requirements:

? an energetic and ambitious degree-educated individual, major in SCM or related are prefer
? a proven track record in account/relationship management, as well as business development
? ideally a proven sales background within a multinational company, or strong capability in recruitment.
